I like even more your reflection on not doing as much anniversary stuff as anticipated. I also work in a non-profit, and we had something similar where we didn't really do as much as we had thought we would because we had too much on, and then we looked back and regretted that. But what's the point in that? If people wanted to be doing something else, and that other stuff was good too, then why should it be a big problem? Obviously you have to have some kind of balance, but being able to play fast and loose with plans can be nice, and it is "Mozilla-like" to be able to do that. It's nice to see that Mozilla is still being "Mozilla-like" tens year on, having become a much larger organisation. I like the new theme.
